Configure Zoom as an External Application
This section describes how to configure Zoom as an External application in the AudioCodes Live interface.

| 1. | In the Live Platform interface, open the Zoom page (Configuration tab > External Applications folder > Zoom). Zoom Configuration information is displayed (Configuration tab> External Applications folder >Zoom). |

Unique channel identifier. |

Secure Communication |
Select to secure communication with the UCaaS server over HTTPS. |

UCaaS Connect Username |
Username for securing the REST HTTPS connection to the UCaaS server. OVOC operator is the same HTTP/S operator used for UMP/Interaction Insights. |

Password of the REST HTTPS user connection to the UCaaS server. |
